From September 8th Sustrans will be closing the Chester Millennium Greenway for two weeks in order to carry out essential resurfacing work to finally deal with the potentially dangerous linear cracks on the tarmac.
The path will be closed between Parkgate Road (A540) and Blacon. During construction there will be no access for pedestrians or cyclists. A diversion will be in place as shown on the map below. (Click on the map to enlarge it.)
Please take care when using the diversionary route as Saughall Road and Blacon Avenue can be busy.
