Join Chester Cycling Campaign on our annual Glamorous Gals and Dapper Chaps Cycle Ride – a fun ride to celebrate World Car Free Day and a celebration of looking snazzy on a bike!
This year’s event take place on Sunday, September 20th. Meet in the city centre, in front of the Town Hall. We’ll leave at 10.30am, so please arrive by 10.15am ready to assemble.
Bring your friends and your bike/trike/mobility cycle/cargo bike/unicycle/penny farthing/whatever! Electric bikes welcome.
We’ll ride a route around Chester, taking in some of Chester’s cycling infrastructure, making occasional stops, for about an hour and a half, then go for a coffee, so bring a lock for you bike.
It’s free, but please sign up using the link below so we know how many people are likely to come along.
Lycra isn’t banned of course, but do dress up as much as you like – and maybe dress your bike up too!
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult and any young person under 18 must have the consent of a parent/carer to take part. The organisation of this event is being done with Cycling UK.
